One-on-One/Private Personal Training

  • In the Gym

There’s nothing like training at the gym! Kings Gym in Bedford Heights has some of the best equipment and people. I will ensure that you have a positive experience at one of Northeast Ohio’s best facilities.

  • Online

Do you have the equipment or a dedicated workout room at home or live outside Northeast Ohio but still want the full training experience? Online training is the perfect mix of working from home and having a trainer.

  • At Home

Skip the hassle of commuting to a gym and enjoy customized workouts tailored to your goals and available equipment in the comfort and privacy of your own space.

  • Semi-Private Personal Training (Up to Four)

This is the perfect option for those who want a full personal training experience with the companionship of others. Discounted rates are available per person.
