2025 Western Reserve Wellness Collective

The Western Reserve Wellness Collective is an outdoor wellness expo designed to connect Northeast Ohio with local health and fitness businesses.

Guests will discover local wellness resources, engage in revitalizing experiences, and develop connections that will contribute to lifelong well-being.

9:15 am - Yin + Gentle Yoga Class (Hosted by Zenning, Kent, OH)

A calming, floor-based class that blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with soft, gentle movements to support deep release and relaxation. Perfect for all levels—including beginners—with no prior yoga experience needed. This practice is slow, grounding, and accessible, inviting your body and nervous system to unwind at your own pace.

2:00 pm - Fitness Bootcamp (Hosted by CP Personal Training)

Whether you are new to working out or an experienced athlete, the CPPT Bootcamp combines the community aspect of CrossFit with the intensity of similar boutique fitness studios while bringing the action outside. Workouts consist of a warmup, main circuit, a game, and a cool down. We may work in pairs, as a team, or individually. What is guaranteed is a fun and challenging workout!
