Three Best Referral Audiences

  1. Young Professionals (24 - 35)

    • Problem: Balancing a demanding career, social life, and personal health

    • Services Recommended: Workout Program or Online Training; Boot Camps over the Summer

    • How to Refer: If you hear, “I’ve been busy with work, I’ve let my fitness slip,” or “I don’t have time to go to the gym after work,,” reply with,  let them know that you know a trainer who specializes in creating quick-effective workouts that fit into their busy schedules and group opportunities to work out and network with others.

2. Busy Professionals (35 - 60)

  • Problem: Struggling to make time for their health because they are focusing on work/family balance

  • Services Recommended: In-Gym, At-Home, or Online Personal Training that fits their schedule and lifestyle

  • How to Refer: If you hear, “I just don’t have time to work out,” ask them, “Have you thought about working with a personal trainer who can create workouts that fit your schedule?”

3. Engaged and Married Couples

  • These pairs are preparing for their Summer/Fall 2026 wedding or want to improve their health together and be an example for their kids

  • Services Recommended: Small Group Personal Training & Boot Camps

  • How to Refer: If you hear, “I need to get in shape for my wedding” or “I want to look good so I can play with my kids,” respond with “I know a trainer who specializes in helping people like you get results and makes it fun!”

BONUS: Indoor Sports Facility Owners (Turf)

  • I am looking for indoor locations for my Bootcamp and Sweat + Connect events, which aim to build a community around fitness and wellness. I would greatly appreciate any contacts you may have in Greater Cleveland. I would love at least one location each on the East Side, West Side, and closer to Akron.

2026 Goals

  • Five in-person personal training clients

  • Five online training clients

  • Ten workout program-only clients

  • Average of six people per boot camp class
