    • We will start with a short call (in-person or virtually) to understand your goals, schedule, training history, and challenges.

  2. Personalized Plan

    • Your program will be developed based on:

      • Your environment (gym, home, online)

      • Your experience level

      • Your goals

      • Your availability and recovery

  3. Ongoing Coaching and Accountability

    • With Trainerize integration, you will have:

      • Clear workouts

      • Progress tracking

      • Habit tracking

      • Direct communication and adjustments as life changes

      • Wearable integration (i.e., Apple Watch)

    • No guessing. No restarting every few weeks.
