One-on-One/Private Personal Training

  • In the Gym

There’s nothing like training at the gym! Kings Gym in Bedford Heights has some of the best equipment and people. I will ensure that you have a positive experience at one of Northeast Ohio’s best facilities.

  • Shared Personal Training (Up to Four)

This is the perfect option for those who want a full personal training experience with the companionship of others. You will work on your individual program with this option. Discounted rates are available per person.
